The Liquid Check Valve Assembly needs to be installed in the same vertical position as the original setup with the check valve on top and the brass “T” on the bottom.
Using the existing mounting location, drill the hole to accept a 1/4” bolt. The 1/4” bolt is included with our mounting bracket. Do NOT over tighten the clamp holding the rubber connector as this will cause damage to the check valve.
The two emission ports on the fuel tank need to be connected using fuel grade hose and hose clamps to the Brass “T” fitting of the Liquid Check Valve assembly.
The rollover valve is connected directly to the charcoal canister using fuel grade hose.
